ORDO

Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 August 2026

These terms apply to ORDO, a restaurant and guest-room management app operated from Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh, India. By creating an account you agree to them.

ORDO is a sole proprietorship of Honey Dubey, registered under Udyam Registration NMSWP26030153. In these terms, "we" and "ORDO" mean that business.

1. What ORDO provides

ORDO is software for taking orders, printing bills, managing menus and staff, and running guest rooms. It is provided as an online service on a monthly subscription.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your PIN and your staff's PINs private.
  • You are responsible for what your staff do in your account.
  • One subscription covers one restaurant. A second location needs its own subscription.

3. Free trial

New restaurants get 14 days free, with every feature included. No payment details are required to start. If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, your account moves to read-only — your data stays visible, but new orders and bills are paused.

4. Subscription and payment

  • Plans are ₹499 per month, ₹4,999 for one year, or ₹10,000 for three years — per restaurant. No GST is charged, as ORDO is not currently GST-registered.
  • Payment is due in advance for each period.
  • If payment is not received, the account moves to read-only until it is.
  • We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price.

5. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. We store it to run the service and do not sell it or share it with anyone else. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If you stop using ORDO you may ask us for a copy of your data, and we will provide it.

6. Availability

ORDO is built to keep working without internet — bills can still be made and printed, and sync when the connection returns. Even so, we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted, and we do not accept liability for business losses caused by an interruption.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use ORDO to break the law, and do not attempt to access another restaurant's data. We may suspend an account that does either.

8. Ending the service

  • You can stop at any time by simply not renewing.
  • We may end an account that breaks these terms, or that has been inactive and unpaid for more than 6 months. We will give notice first where we can.

9. Limits of responsibility

ORDO is a tool for running your business; the business decisions and records remain yours. Our liability in any dispute is limited to the subscription amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
